Paths & Possibilities is a DPIIT recognised Startup under the Startup India initiative, born from countless conversations with friends and colleagues—over coffee, at gatherings, or during quiet moments of reflection. One thing stood out: no matter our age or experience, we all seek some form of guidance, support, or reassurance when making career decisions. With today’s youth overwhelmed by endless options and professionals often stuck at crossroads, the need for a helping hand felt universal. That’s why we created Paths & Possibilities—to offer clarity, confidence, and direction in every career journey.
Who We Are
Paths & Possibilities was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: no one should feel alone while making important career decisions.
The organisation was founded by Aparna Saha, a seasoned technical trainer with over 25 years of experience in the IT and training ecosystem. Over the years, she has delivered 500+ online and in-person sessions in Software Testing, helping countless professionals build strong technical foundations and career confidence.
After establishing the foundation of Paths & Possibilities, Aparna passed the baton to Sriparna Saha. Aparna continues to provide her expert advice as Chief Advisor.
Sriparna, now the Co-Founder and Managing Director, is leading the mission forward with a singular focus—helping students, working professionals, and women returning to the workforce find clarity and succeed in their career journeys.
With 22 years of corporate experience and 13 years in leadership roles, Sriparna has worked with organisations such as Cognizant, Symphony Summit, and Unisys. In her most recent role as Associate Director at Razorpay, she built the Technical Documentation function from the ground up and laid a strong foundation for an AI-powered, autonomous documentation ecosystem. Today, Razorpay Documentation is widely regarded as one of the best in the technical writing space.
She also founded WriterToks, a community for technical writers to learn, share, collaborate, and grow.
Alongside her corporate journey, Sriparna has been mentoring individuals for over a decade, with a sharper focus on structured career mentoring over the last five years.
Her passion for enabling informed career choices led her to pursue certifications in Career Counselling and Psychology, strengthening her ability to support people through both practical career decisions and the emotional challenges that often come with them.
Kana Saha, Director at Paths & Possibilities, is a homemaker and a strong, determined woman who has played a pivotal role in shaping her two daughters’ journeys. With her life experience and unwavering support, she has also been a key force in laying the foundation of the organisation. She believes, “There are so many talented children in our country. All they need is the right guidance. Be that force.”
Today, Sriparna, along with Kana Saha, drives Paths & Possibilities by partnering with educational institutions, NGOs, and individuals, offering personalised guidance on career pathways, admissions support, and overseas education opportunities.
Their vision is to build Paths & Possibilities into a trusted ecosystem that provides end-to-end career guidance, ensuring that every student and professional has the support they need to make confident, well-informed career choices.
