Paths & Possibilities was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: no one should feel alone while making important career decisions. Most of the current systems are disconnected, catering to a specific set of audience and mostly available to the privileged few. We want to change that narrative. Because everyone needs career guidance at every stage of their careers.
Paths & Possibilities is a DPIIT recognised Startup under the Startup India initiative, born from countless conversations with friends and colleagues—over coffee, at gatherings, or during quiet moments of reflection. One thing stood out: no matter our age or experience, we all seek some form of guidance, support, or reassurance when making career decisions. With today’s youth overwhelmed by endless options and professionals often stuck at crossroads, the need for a helping hand felt universal. That’s why we created Paths & Possibilities—to offer clarity, confidence, and direction in every career journey.

Meet Our Team
Sriparna is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Paths & Possibilities, driven by a simple mission—to help students, working professionals, and women make informed career decisions and build meaningful careers.
With 22 years of corporate experience, including 13 years in leadership, she has held leadership roles at Cognizant, Symphony Summit, Unisys, and Razorpay. As Associate Director at Razorpay, she built the Technical Documentation function and laid the foundation for an AI-powered documentation ecosystem. She is also the Founder of WriterToks, a thriving community for technical writers to learn, collaborate, and grow. She is a Certified Career Counsellor and has mentored 100+ working professionals and students.
The Founders
Kana Saha, Director at Paths & Possibilities, is a homemaker and a strong, determined woman who has played a pivotal role in shaping her two daughters’ journeys. With her life experience and unwavering support, she has also been a key force in laying the foundation of the organisation. She believes, “There are so many talented children in our country. All they need is the right guidance. Be that force.”
The organisation was founded by Aparna Saha, a seasoned technical trainer with over 25 years of experience in the IT and training ecosystem. Over the years, she has delivered 500+ online and in-person sessions in Software Testing, helping countless professionals build strong technical foundations and career confidence.
After establishing the foundation of Paths & Possibilities, Aparna passed the baton to Sriparna Saha. Aparna continues to provide her expert advice as Chief Advisor.
Paths & Possibilities partners with educational institutions, professionals, educators and individuals to provide career guidance, mentoring, admissions support, and employability programs that help people make informed career decisions.
