We begin every Rise & Shine journey with our Career Readiness Assessment™, a structured assessment designed to understand your current situation, identify career blockers and evaluate your readiness to re-enter the professional world.

In certain cases, where deeper insights are required, we may recommend a Scientific Psychometric Assessment to better understand your personality, interests, strengths and career preferences.
